De'Vine Escape is nestled in 10 acres of vineyard in a quite location in Dixons Creek, 6 minutes from Yarra Glen in the heart of the Yarra Valley. Situated about 8 km north of Yarra Glen Town, the property is 1 km from De Bortoli, Fergusson and Balgownie wineries. It is 14 km from Healesville Sanctuary and 50 km from Melbourne City.
All rooms are elegantly furnished with carpeted and tiled areas and feature air conditioning and heating facilities, are fitted with large glass sliding doors, have a private bathroom and also, a private courtyard overlooking the vineyard. In addition to a fridge and an electric kettle, a TV and DVD player are also included. The bathrooms all have large tiled showers, beautiful toilet suites and magnificent on counter basins and select rooms offer large spa baths.
De’Vine Escape offers complimentary wine-tasting at Fergusson Winery. Sit back on the private verandah and take in the breathtaking views of the Yarra Valley with a glass of wine, which can be purchased from the many winery cellars in the area.
There are numerous options for dining from sun up to sun down. Breakfast at the Award winning Fergusson Winery Restaurant can be arranged. Q: What is the promotion availability?
A: Your booking is subject to the availability of the actual rooms provided by the resort for the Spreets promotion. This allocation of rooms is well in excess of the rooms required to satisfy the offer, however, not all rooms available at the resort on any given day will be available to guests participating in the promotion offer. Please note that booking available rooms is on a First Come First Served basis.
Q: How do I make a booking/redeem my voucher once I have purchased a Spreets voucher for this holiday offer?
A: You can visit the Register page, fill out the registration form along with your Spreets voucher code, and then proceed to the Booking page to log in and make a booking online. Alternatively, please call 1300 652 618. Any bookings made through the call centre will attract an additional fee of just $10 per booking.
Q: How do I make a booking if I have purchased 2 vouchers and want to combine them for a longer stay?
A: You will need to use your first voucher for the first set of dates and then make a new booking with the second voucher for the proceeding dates.
Q: Can I contact the resort directly to make a booking/redeem my voucher or check availability?
A: No. Bookings/voucher redemptions and availability checks must be made through Travel Treets.
Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my booking?
A: Should you cancel your accommodation booking after you have redeemed your Voucher, no refund applies. Resort extras if purchased are also non-refundable and cannot be amended after your booking has been confirmed. Any changes/amendments outside of the booking period will incur a $100 fee.
Q: When do I have to book by?
A: You must book by 29th May 2012.
Q: I haven't received my Spreets voucher yet, what do I do?
A: Visit Spreets FAQs or Contact Spreets. Please be aware that you will not automatically receive your voucher at the time of purchase, vouchers will be dispersed by Spreets when the deal has ended.
Q: Is there a bond required at the resort upon check-in?
A: No, a security deposit is not required upon check-in.
Q: Can I stay longer at the resort (i.e. stay 4 nights instead of 2)?
A: Yes, for an additional fee. Each additional night in a Twin, Twin Double or Queen Room costs $100. Each additional night in a Spa Room costs $120. Q: What is the bedding configuration in the rooms?
A: Twin Rooms have a bedding configuration of 1 Queen and 1 Single bed. Twin Double Rooms have a bedding configuration of 2 x Double beds. Queen Rooms have a bedding configuration of 1 Queen Bed. Spa Rooms have a bedding configuration of 1 Queen bed. Additional bedding will incur a surcharge. All requests are taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed. Infant cots are available to hire directly from the resort (maximum 1 cot per apartment) for $30 per night, subject to availability. Please contact the resort prior to arrival to arrange.
Q: How many people can sleep in a room?
A: Twin Rooms sleep 2 people with a maximum of 3 people. Twin Double Rooms sleep 2 people with a maximum of 4 people. Queen Rooms sleep a maximum of 2 people. Spa Rooms sleep a maximum of 2 people. Additional bedding will incur a surcharge. The extra person charge is $20 per night per child (1-14 years) and $45 per night per adult (15+ years) using existing bedding. If your party includes more than the maximum allowed people per room, you will be required to purchase an additional Spreets voucher to book an additional room.
